Confirmation: Upon receiving your submission we will proceed to verify the availability of the room requested for the specified dates. At that point, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. Confirmation emails will be sent 4 to 6 hours after request submission. Please contact us immediately should there be any errors or omissions in the confirmation. You will NOT be charged anything during this process.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations should be made at least one week prior to the date of arrival during the summer season (May 15 - Nov. 14) and two weeks prior during the winter season (Nov. 15 - May 14). Should a cancellation occur after this period, you will be charged for one night of your stay.
